Virtual and remote robotics learning laboratory
“Robotics V-Lab, is the name of the project that helped us, together with a grant from the C2C fund, to create a virtual laboratory for remote robotics learning. This includes a web application for robot control, modular lessons, text, videos, quizzes as well as the ability to directly control the robot with real-time video transmission. The greatest added value to our product is precisely the applicable industrial knowledge with the incredible experience of manipulating an industrial robot from your home, work environment or any other place in the world”, they say in the Industrial Automation company.
The project is worth a little more than 67,000 BAM, of which 51.30% was financed from own funds and the remaining 48.70% are grants from the Challenge Fund.
“Given that this is a development project, which arose as a pandemic and changes in the complete model of teaching, learning and working around the world, this project helped us digitize the services of providing industrial robotics training online. The project is aimed at educating and employing final year students of technical faculties in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In this way, we irreversibly strengthen the capacities and economically empower future engineers, giving them the opportunity to master robot programming and prepare for the labour market”, they explain in the DKR Centre.
The support of the Challenge Fund, in addition to the financial aspect, was an additional motivation for them to further grow and develop the company's capacity.
