"Thanks to the grant funds we received from the Challenge Fund, we digitized the reservation, issuance and deleveraging of tools and the purchase of a measuring machine. The total approved budget of the project amounted to EUR 69,224 of which EUR 30,000 was a grant, and participation of our company was EUR 39,224", they say in the company TIKT Manufaktura from Gradiška.

They point out that the realization of this project has enabled them significant savings.

"The tools we use are very expensive and we have had big losses in that part of the business. We didn’t have a complete insight into why we spend so many tools. Was it because of the untrained employees, the negligence of the employees, the scattering of tools in the halls behind the machines, etc. By digitizing tools, we can now make analyses and solve the problem, thus saving money. With digitalization, we already have savings of 20 and more percent", they emphasize in this company.

In addition to significant savings, the implementation of the project also enabled the employment of three new toolmakers and IT experts. The support of the C2C fund was also very important to them.

"Companies find it harder to decide on a larger investment if there is no outside support. That is why the support of funds and a project such as Challenge to Change is of great importance for economic entities", they say in TIKT Manufaktura, a company that has been operating successfully since 2004.

They are engaged in metal processing. They develop and manufacture prototypes and metal parts in small batches. Until recently, they were present exclusively on the German market (Industry of special machines and Auto industry - racing car departments), and recently they have started working for "RIMAC AUTOMOBILI" from Croatia.

"Our clients turn to us when they can't find a solution, which we do successfully. We think that this fact is our comparative advantage and uniqueness", they concluded in this company.
