They also invested 63,153 € of their own funds and developed a digital platform that helps organizations alleviate gender inequality and improve the position of women.

The platform also provides a workspace for collaboration between management, team members and all stakeholders, resources for learning and continuous development of gender competencies, as well as online access to gender experts in consultation and feedback,” clarification was given in the company, which believes all women and men have talents and abilities that are often futile due to gender bias.
