The software has been implemented as a web application, available on a large number of platforms (PC, tablet, phone), allowing integrated planning, management, monitoring and analysis of the effects of the production process, which directly improves efficiency. The plan for the software developed through the project is to be implemented and further developed in the companies of the wood industry in BiH and the surrounding area.

“The realization of the project has helped us to successfully overcome the challenges of business management and control. Daily productivity has increased from the previous maximum of 498 products per day (July 2019) to 605 products per day in the last quarter of 2020. Despite the COVID pandemic, we have preserved the existing jobs, and 12 new workers have been employed," they say in this company.
