With the support of the C2C fund, the company „DEVOTED“ from Sarajevo has improved its own software solution for monitoring and management of digital plants, the Industrial IoT Platform "Herald". The platform offers customers monitoring and management of production processes including insight into current and historical parameter values, sending commands, alarm management, intelligent user notification, statistical analysis, reports and much more, all via web and mobile application.

The value of the project is around 20,000 EUR, of which 50% was co-financed by a grant from the Challenge Fund. Its implementation created the conditions for the permanent employment of one new worker.

 "Our company was founded in 2019 and we are developing dedicated software solutions for the needs of the IT industry and the automation industry. The platform is characterized by reliable operation of all functionalities, regardless of the location and number of users or the amount of included data", they explain in this company.

They point out that the product offers many other benefits for customers, such as significantly lower system installation costs, free maintenance, risk reduction, secure and easy access via web and mobile application, user notification, integration with other information systems and the like.

"All this contributes to improving the quality, safety and efficiency of the processes that take place in the digital environment of the customer," they say in „DEVOTED“.
