Innovative veneer has found its way into the foreign market
"Looking at the market, visiting furniture fairs, we realized that the trend of veneer use is increasing year by year. This is first and foremost expressed in the production of design chairs, which are mostly 3D-shaped. Without flexed veneer, such complex shapes would be impossible to produce in natural material. Our target groups are mainly abroad (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and are furniture designers, chairs manufacturers, and other furniture manufacturers. With flexed veneer, furniture designers get brand new opportunities to create new products, ” the company explained.
Veneer does not have a negative impact on the environment and allows the most rational in the need of wood because it is cut into thin leaves. On the other hand, much less energy is consumed to process it than solid materials.
"We realized that by launching the production of flexed veneer we could generate significant revenues and, in part, increase sales of current products and that was one of the motives for us to decide on the realization of this business idea," explained the company, which thanks to this project was able to employ 4 new workers so that there are now 25 in total.
