Hearing impaired women have the opportunity to be educated and work in the IT sector
The realization of the project was supported by the C2C fund with a grant of 30,000 euros, and the rest of the funds were provided by the company itself. The total value of the project is 60,460 euros.
“Our main goal is to educate women with disabilities on the IT sector. Thanks to the project, we hired several young women with complete hearing impairment. We procured modern equipment for training and work, provided training for computer work, design, and making items with the help of a printing and UV machine and an embroidery machine. After completing the education, the participants perfected the acquired knowledge by working in the field of design, printing and computer embroidery on textile items. After participants completed the training, they made some products. Sales of those products increased the company's revenues by 53%", they explain in the company.
The support of the C2C fund has significantly facilitated and accelerated the realization of the innovative idea.
"Apart from economic incentives, the most important thing for us is the social moment - solving the existential problems of disabled people and their inclusion in society through professional and work training. Thanks to the support of such funds, which recognize our vision and goals, we are successfully surviving in these difficult times," they say in "Pamuk".
This company was registered in 2014 aiming to employ people with disabilities and organize their professional training and to provide services of painters, relocation, deep cleaning, production of promotional materials for legal entities, personalized gifts for individuals and legal entities. The founders of the company are people with 100% disability. They employ 28 people, of which 23 are people with disabilities. Professional and responsible approach to work and attitude towards clients, break all prejudices, which was, in the previous three years, awarded with a prestigious recognition - a credit rating star for reliability, which they are especially proud of.
