Grant rounded out the production process

Тhe company "Dolphin Trgotrans Ltd. Ltd." from Celinac was founded in 1996, currently has 50 employees and offers a wide range of wood products. Most of its products (about 85%) are exported to European Union countries, some of which are: Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Slovenia, and many others. In order to maintain the trust of its long-standing and also gain the trust of new customers, the company is constantly engaged in improving its products and business processes.

The company has ISO 9001: 2000 and FSC certification, as well as many awards and product and process quality certificates within the organization itself. Production is carried out in accordance with modern environmental standards, everything is processed, and waste and residues of materials at the end of one production process can be used in the manufacture of another product, maximizing the use of wood, thus contributing to the rational use of limited forest potentials and resources.

“The project we applied for with the C2C Fund is about finalizing the production of oak FERTIG solid parquet in the boards. It is a parquet that is completely finished, oiled or varnished if necessary. It has very good technical characteristics, and it is attractive in the foreign market because its installation saves time and money. As the flooring is coated and oiled/varnished, its installation requires only gluing, which reduces the cost of labor and materials, and consequently shortens the time required to perform the work. The total value of the project is KM 155,222, with the participation of the C2C fund amounting to KM 58,675 and the contribution of own funds amounting to KM 96,547, ”they say.

The realization of this project completes the process of manufacturing parquet flooring, which now enables this company to enter new markets, as well as expand into existing markets. In addition to the revenue directly influenced by the production of this parquet, its sale opens the possibility of selling other products manufactured in the company.

Also, this created the opportunity to employ 5 new workers. The project itself has a positive impact on the environment.

“As the basic raw material for the production of the FERTIG parquet, the elements that were created as a by-product in the process of making other products in the company are used. These elements would end up as a scumbag because they are not attractive to buyers to sell. In this way, using them creates a product that is of high-quality flooring, and thus rationally uses and saves limited forest resources and conserves the environment, ”the Dolphin Trgotrans points out.

They add that the importance of fund support such as C2C is enormous for businesses and entrepreneurs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"We think that our companies have many innovative ideas, but in most cases, they are not able to implement them independently. They are often in need of financial assistance, and support from funds such as C2C is crucial to bring the ideas of innovative BiH entrepreneurs to the light of day, "they say.
