Clogs from Travnik conquered Sweden

The fact that the domestic product can meet the standards of the demanding Swedish market is proven by the company Maguba doo from Travnik, which is engaged in the production of clogs. 42 employees produce clogs with wooden soles, medical and fashion clogs and wooden soles

The production process uses high quality leather and wooden soles made of alder wood, which is extremely good for circulation and relieving pain in the legs, as well as the correct posture of the entire body. Maguba's production is completely oriented to the foreign market (Sweden).

"Given that we produce high quality clogs, precision and efficiency are very important. Thanks to the Challenge fund, we purchased a machine for precise skin cutting, which improved the quality, speed and volume of production and sales. At the same time, we reduced the amount of waste, which had a positive impact on the business", says the director of the company Senada Selimović.
"The larger volume of production opened the possibility of cooperation with partners with whom we did not cooperate and who did not have access to our products. There is great interest and demand in the market, which has influenced the expansion of the range. Also, thanks to this project, the factory was given the possibility to hire 2 more workers", Senada pointed out and added that the complete production goes to the Swedish market.

The total value of the project is 151,633.54 BAM, with 38.7% provided by the C2C fund.
