The pandemic, which came at the end of the realization of this project, brought certain limitations in the work, but regardless of that, they managed to hire part-time associates who they plan to keep as soon as the conditions for that are created. The addition of sales staff is also planned.

"This project has given an incentive to small companies to be able to take steps in the development of new products and strengthen their business without large loans. In addition to supporting in creating added value, developing new products and procuring equipment, support in educating employees was equally important to us," they pointed out in this company.
"Flove" has been present on the market for 9 years and is a pioneer in the production of vegetable oils, special flour and healthy food in this area. Currently, they work only on the BiH market, but they have planned to enter regional markets with several products. Every year they achieve a growth of 10-20%, which is a great result.
"Flow bucini" or pumpkin oil is the winner of the important international taste award "International Taste Award" awarded by the International Taste Institute in Brussels.
